Imagine going through wintertime with only three hours of daylight per day, eating pickled herring out of a jar. No wonder bragging isn’t typical in Sweden, a culture like no other.
A different kind of culture needs a different kind of pancake, hence the creation of Lund’s Swedish Pancakes. Light, fluffy pancakes such as these make sense for a Swede.
