Taco Time is a beloved staple of the Pacific Northwest.
Their new order-ahead app was a great way to save customers’ time. There was only one way to announce the new app to customers: arrest them for waiting in line. As a Copywriter at DNA Seattle, writing for Taco Time, I birthed this idea and built it with my design partners. As a result, there was a 100+% YOY increase in order-ahead transactions in 2020 vs. 2019.
